Returns & Exchanges

At JOMO Studio, we want you to love every piece in your home, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original condition. Please note that custom furniture and final sale décor items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original JOMO Studio packaging, ensuring all protective inserts are in place to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
